Capitalizing on a small urban lot with efficiently designed, bright and open living spaces, the project concept complimented the neighborhood’s aesthetic design and enhancement of the streetscape. Located just two blocks from the Broadway corridor and the new Capitol Hill light rail station, the site is centrally located between Downtown, Capitol Hill’s Pike Pine Corridor and South Lake Union.
