Angela Faul leads the operational and financial success of stabilized investments. This is achieved through continued financial due diligence including the review of lease agreements and operating costs, her knowledge of the marketplace and the understanding of operational needs of each specific product type. This knowledge is applied during acquisition, development planning, lease-up and stabilization and the long-term management of an asset. She believes in a team approach and sharing real estate knowledge between disciplines to achieve a high level of operational and investment performance. In 1996, Angela began her real estate career with one of the top local commercial real estate firms in Seattle, Martin Smith Real Estate Services, earning the role as Landlord Leasing Representative for available office and retail space within their 2M Square Foot managed portfolio. Later, recruited by a telecommunications company, she traveled throughout the United States to acquire real estate in the downtown cores and subsequently managed the accumulated real estate portfolio of over 50 locations. She co-founded a boutique tenant advisory real estate firm, Advisors NW, and in 2011, she began collaboration on the “Greenest Building in the World”, The Bullitt Center, providing leasing and operations services to create a truly sustainable workplace. Angela obtained her Real Estate Broker license in 1998 and Washington Real Estate Designated Broker endorsement in 2012.
