Chris Faul has 20 years of real estate development and construction experience in the Pacific Northwest. He is involved in every phase of the real estate development process, from acquisition thru asset management, delivering stabilized projects.
Prior to establishing FAUL, Chris was one of the founding partners of Point32. At Point32, Chris created collaborative relationships with skilled designers, consultants and contractors for ground-up and restorative development projects. His leadership delivered projects that improved the neighborhoods and communities in which they were built while achieving his clients financial and aspirational goals. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of South Florida in Civil Engineering and began his career in Seattle as a professional engineer with Andersen Bjornstad Kane Jacobs. With his innate desire to build and create, he began working with the Martin Smith Development Corp in 1999 and was also the General Manager during the formation of Schuchart Dow, one of Seattle’s most successful high-end single-family contractors.
