AINSWORTH & DUNN 

Ainsworth & Dunn included a historic landmark building and an adjacent parking lot located along the north waterfront in Seattle and situated immediately adjacent to the Seattle Olympic Sculpture Park. An owner-managed restoration and urban infill project included plans for restoring the historic 1902 heavy timber building and integrating it into a new, mixed-use development that provided over 30,000 SF of office space for SPACES and 61 high-end residential apartment homes to Seattle’s Waterfront.
