Sold as a “Shovel Ready” project in 1Q2017, FAUL worked with the former ownership group on Project Entitlement, Construction Permitting and Proforma Budget Development for a 55-unit, 43,270 SF project offering 1-bedroom flats, 2-bedrooms and penthouse units. Capitalizing on a small urban lot with efficiently designed, bright and open living spaces, the project concept complimented the neighborhood’s aesthetic design and enhancement of the streetscape. Located just two blocks from the Broadway corridor and the new Capitol Hill light rail station, the site is centrally located between Downtown, Capitol Hill’s Pike Pine Corridor and South Lake Union.
