The historic Hollywood Tavern built in 1947 located in the heart of Woodinville, was acquired and the century old tavern was renovated and expanded to include an eatery and courtyard seating. A 7,000 SF warehouse structure was created to be the home of the awarding winning Woodinville Whiskey Co, the number one craft distiller in Washington. Working closely with the architect, the projects focus was featuring the old and blending in the new.
