The O’Shea Building, located in the center of downtown Pike/Pine Shopping District, signed a lease with the retail giant GAP to create a Seattle Flagship store. With the retailer taking over half of the building, an extensive revamping of the lower floors took place to accommodate three contiguous floors which included seismic upgrades, new elevator systems and mechanical and electrical upgrades through out. The remaining tenant improvement for the top floor office space was completed for a local marketing firm.
